We are sorry to read your review regarding the shipping time for your recent order. While we are glad the item has now arrived, we understand that waiting three weeks for delivery is frustrating.

As we communicated via email shortly after ordering, some of the DMH products were temporarily out of stock at the distributor and had to be shipped from the UK warehouse, which unfortunately caused this delay. In that email, we proactively offered you the choice to cancel the order for a full refund or continue with the backorder, but we did not receive a response.

Regarding the separate issue of the incorrect and damaged items mentioned in your first review: We still need to hear from you directly to arrange the resolution.

Please contact our dedicated Customer Service team at returns@khaki-green.com.au so we can promptly address both the shipping experience and arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty/incorrect products under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
