PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

KHAKI & GREEN BOOKS offers customers the opportunity to pre order items.
This ensures a priority shipment when the items are received.

ALL pre orders are subject to the following, please ensure you READ and AGREE prior to placing a pre order.

ALL pre orders are offered in good faith based on information provided by the distributor and / or manufacturer.

ALL pre order estimated release dates are just that… ESTIMATES and KHAKI & GREEN BOOKS will not be held responsible for any delays by the distributor, manufacturer or freight companies in meeting those estimates.

AT NO TIME does a pre order guarantee the pre order item and KHAKI & GREEN BOOKS reserves the right to cancel and refund if any particular pre order is unable to be fulfilled within a reasonable time.

Pre orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Pre orders can be cancelled at any time by request with a full refund provided.

However, should a customer cancel and then subsequently place another pre order they will have ‘lost’ their original position in the priority queue.

If a customer orders other items at the same time as a pre order then those items will be held until the pre ordered items become available. Any items wanted before the pre order is available should be placed as a separate order.

However, if there is an extended delay with a pre order, please contact KHAKI & GREEN BOOKS to discuss part fulfilment. This is not guaranteed and is considered on a case by case basis.
