The wavy accessory is back, and upgraded to be even better than before. Perfect for mixing inks and washes, it also acts as a brush rest whilst you are painting with other brushes! 

RedGrass are working on a new surface finish to make it easier to clean than their existing design, and their v2 wavy works with the new sliding lock system, though space has been made for magnets should you wish to make it compatible with your v1 palettes.

Super simple addition that adds a lot of convenience

I have the Redgrass wet pallette shown in the photos for this product and it works great. Sadly though, when i need to use a wash or an ink or some paint that won't do well being on a wet palette, i have to drag out an old well palette which is huge and takes up a lot of space on my painting table which is just getting a bit annoying.
I find i rarely have more than 1-2 products that need to be in a well palette at a time, so this handy little slide-on bit is super helpful - it's a very minimal footprint, easy to wipe out and doesn't take up half my painting space.
it seems like a bit of a silly addition but it might be the best painting accessory i've bought after the palette itself. Totally worth it!
